Third: after-sales standards are different

We offer a one-year replacement service, which means that if you buy a machine from me and the laser handle of the machine breaks or doesn't work, you tell our customer service via email or WhatsApp, and we will resend you a new laser handle right away.

Q: I am in Brazil, how do I purchase the machine?


A: Before purchasing, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp (852 6101 1348) and they will tell you everything related to the machine and how to purchase it.

 

 

Q: How do I pay my taxes?


A: You do not need to pay taxes.

We take care of the taxes and the price you see is the total price, but before you buy, please contact our customer service and we will reduce the price for you by around BRL 520-650. You will have to pay the reduced price on other platforms, the purpose of this is that you can see in real time the logistics of the courier, usually the machine will arrive in about 14 days.

 

 

Q: How long does it take for the machine to arrive?


A: Because of the unique tax regime in Brazil, which makes it difficult to purchase our products in Brazil, we have set up a Brazilian warehouse. If the machine you purchase is in stock in our warehouse, then we will ship it directly from our Brazilian warehouse and deliver it directly to your doorstep via Correios, you can expect to receive the machine within a week, and in our experience, you will receive it in about 3 days. If the machine is sold out of stock in Brazil, then we will deliver the machine to your doorstep by international courier (anjun express, Correios), this way it takes about 14 days.
